Devaguru Bṛhaspati Centre announces a new batch of the Jaimini Scholar Programme  2021-2025, taught by Sarbani Rath and Visti Larsen.

A 5-year Scholar Programme to study Jaimini Mahāṛṣi's Upadeśa Sutras in-depth in the lineage of Śrī Acyutānanda from Jagannath Puri.

Sarbani Rath and Visti Larsen are students of Pt. Sanjay Rath, and are among the first batch of students to have completed the Jaimini Scholar Program. Both Sarbani and Visti have been actively teaching DBC courses since 2012, and besides teaching, see clients and regularly perform horoscope consultations.

We are opening for admission now, with online-classes beginning in Makara Sankranti (mid-jan) 2021. The in-person contact-classes begin  August 12th, 2021 in Bhim tal, Uttarakhand, India.

It is emphasised that participation in the contact-classes is necessary to learn the Jaimini Sūtras. If you are unable to participate in-person for the contact-class, you will not be able to proceed with the course.

Unlike other colleges where the application is generic, DBC requires that the student should be accepted by a mentor for learning vedāñga jyotiṣa.

A mentor is a jyotiṣa guru who will guide you through the course.

Interested students should fill the Application Form and email it at the earliest date.

To apply for admission to the course, please use our Admission-form:  Apply
