Dear Members, Namaste.
Some of you will be experiencing problems viewing a new slide format which will slowly replace the old Articulate and other presentation formats, especially if you are using the browser Firefox, and possibly also Opera.
You are recommended in such cases to switch to Internet Explorer 10 (the newest) as this has been tried and tested and works. Safari also works as does Google Chrome - without plugins.
The reason for shifting to a new format is to now enable users of smartphones and tablets to access the media, and whilst this format has made its way into the browsers of the bigger companies, Firefox and some others have not conformed completely to this standard, or the finer details of the same.
Eventually this new format will hopefully completely replace all the presentations on the website as we move away from the FLASH-format which had many drawbacks.
Should you experience problems with any browser FIRST ensure its updated to its newest version. IE 9 will work, but only after changing some settings - IE 10 is flawless as is the newest Safari. Chrome version 25.0 is also working extremely well, but you will not see the lower menu-bar if you have plugins taking up screen space.
Looking forward to your feedback.
Yours sincerely, Visti Larsen.
